Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the Digital Wave Studio site and for the website design and development services we provide.

1. General provisions

The service provider is Digital Wave Studio, based in Gdynia, Poland (full legal name, VAT ID and address to be added), contact: hello@digitalwave.studio. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of services

We provide website design, development and deployment services, along with related services (including copywriting, optimization and technical support). The exact scope of each engagement is agreed individually in the offer.

3. Forming an agreement and pricing

Getting in touch via the form or email is not an order. Any engagement is preceded by agreeing on scope and pricing. An agreement is formed once both parties accept the terms.

4. Payments

Prices are quoted in Polish zloty, net of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and schedule are set out in the individual offer or agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Once payment has been settled in full, the economic copyright to the delivered, custom code and design transfers to the Client to the extent agreed in the contract. Third-party elements (libraries, fonts, third-party licenses) remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to hello@digitalwave.studio. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within 14 days.

7. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
